The unique woven technology of 98% cotton and 2% latex allows H-E-B SelfGrip to adhere to itself - no pins or clips necessary! H-E-B SelfGrip tears easily, is hand washable, reusable and won't stick hair or skin. The exclusive properties of H-E-B SelfGrip even holds a firm grip under water. How SelfGrip measures up to traditional elastic bandages. Product features: SelfGrip Athletic Tape/Bandage: no pins or clips, adheres only to itself, tears evenly to size, reusable, wicks out perspiration, maintains grip in water; traditional elastic bandages: reusable. For maximum comfort the following bandage widths are recommended: finger, wrist: 1 inch or 2 inch; ankle, foot, elbow: 2 inch or 3 inch; knee, leg: 3 inch or 4 inch. Minimum unstretched length 70 inches.
