A1CNow® Self Check test system provides a quantitative measurement of the percent of glycated hemoglobin levels in capillary fingerstick blood samples. The test is for home use to monitor glycemic control in people with diabetes. The percent of A1C in your blood tells you how well you have been controlling your blood sugar levels over the past 2-3 months.
